Pre-Conference Workshop

Progressive Design-Build: An Emerging Option for Collaboration and Design Excellence
The 2018 Pre‐Conference Workshop will explore Progressive Design‐Build, an emerging delivery method in use by community colleges. Hear from a panel of experts and thought leaders currently using Progressive Design-Build to successfully complete projects in a collaborative manner. Attendance at the Pre‐Conference Workshop is included in the price of a full‐conference registration.

Registration Cancellation Policy

The CCFC office must receive written notice of cancellation before 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 9, 2018, in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations received after 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 9, will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. If notice of cancellation is not received by 4:00 p.m. on Monday August 20, a refund will not be issued. Registrations made on or after 4:00 p.m. on Monday, August 20, are not eligible for a refund. Hotel Reservations

CCFC has a limited number of hotel rooms reserved at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento. The CCFC group rate is $205/night, single or double occupancy, plus tax. Reservations may be made by calling Hyatt Reservations, (888) 421-1422, or click to book online.

Please note: The CCFC room block has reached capacity and the Hyatt is accepting reservations on a space-available basis at the prevailing rates.

CCFC does not contract with any third-party companies for hotel room reservations for the 25th Annual Conference. If you are contacted by a third party, please do not make a reservation and immediately notify Melissa O'Campo, (916) 446-3042 or click to email.

Exhibit Booth Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be made after booth assignment(s) if booth(s) remains unsold. Full refunds are available (less a $500 administrative fee), if the booth is resold prior to May 31, 2018. No refunds will be made after May 31, 2018.

All cancellations for confirmed booths must be received in writing. You may email your cancellation notice to Marlene McMurray, or send via postal mail (on company letterhead) to the CCFC Office:
