The Assembly Daily File shows a hearing scheduled for Community Colleges, UC and CSU on Wednesday, April 28^th, but it does not specify that it is a capital outlay hearing. It is likely that it will be for capital outlay, but we will clarify that as soon as we know.

If you are planning on attending the capital outlay hearing for a project that was recently added or modified by the March 24, 1999 Department of Finance Letter, it is unlikely to be considered until the hearings of mid May that will consider the Department of Finance May Revision. The Senate Action last week delayed consideration of those projects until the May Revision. It is highly unlikely that the Assembly Subcommittee would consider these projects
