The Legislative Analyst has recently changed her recommendation on four projects from "insufficient information" to "recommend approval." These projects are Cuesta College Library Addition/Renovation, Mendocino College Science Building, Riverside College Learning Resource Center, and Victor Valley College Advanced Technology Building. While these projects have already been approved in the Assembly, this change in recommendation should make project approval in the Senate somewhat smoother.
