Chancellor's Office of the California Community Colleges

The Chancellor’s Office is the administrative branch of the California Community College system. Located in Sacramento, this state agency provides leadership and technical assistance to the 108 community colleges and 72 community college districts in California. It is also responsible for allocating state funding to the colleges and districts.

           Facilities Planning Unit

The Facilities Planning Unit provides capital outlay and local assistance project support to over 108 colleges, 54 established centers, 42 emerging centers and thousands of out reach centers from Yreka near the Oregon border, to Chula Vista near the Mexican border.

Community College League of California

The Community College League of California is a nonprofit, public benefit corporation whose voluntary membership consists of the 72 local community college districts in California.

 

Faculty Association of California Community Colleges

The Faculty Association of California Community Colleges is the statewide professional membership association that advocates solely for community college faculty.

 

The Foundation for California Community Colleges

The Foundation for California Community colleges is the auxiliary foundation for the Board Governors and the California Community colleges System.

Legislative Analyst's Office
