Community College League of California
The Community College League of California is a nonprofit, public benefit corporation whose voluntary membership consists of the 72 local community college districts in California.

Faculty Association of California Community Colleges
The Faculty Association of California Community Colleges is the statewide professional membership association that advocates solely for community college faculty.

The Foundation for California Community Colleges
The Foundation for California Community colleges is the auxiliary foundation for the Board Governors and the California Community colleges System.


Chancellor's Office of the California Community Colleges
The Chancellor's Office is the administrative branch of the California Community College system. Located in Sacramento, this state agency provides leadership and technical assistance to the 108 community colleges and 72 community college districts in California. It is also responsible for allocating state funding to the colleges and districts.

    Facilities Planning Unit
    The Facilities Planning Unit provides capital outlay and local assistance project support to over 108 colleges, 54 established centers, 42 emerging centers and thousands of out reach centers from Yreka near the Oregon border, to Chula Vista near the Mexican border.

Department of Finance
The Department of Finance is responsible for the preparation of the state Budget.

The Legislative Counsel's Official California Legislative Information Web site includes ways to access current and proposed law and explains how the Legislature works. The Legislative Counsel's Bureau is responsible for actually writing legislation as conceived by legislators.

    A comprehensive source for information about Senators, Senate committees, past and present legislation, and the legislative process.

    California State Assembly
    A comprehensive source for information about Assembly members, Assembly committees, past and present legislation, and the legislative process.

 

Legislative Analyst's Office
The LAO provides nonpartisan fiscal and policy analysis to the California Legislature, including an annual analysis of the Governor's budget, fiscal analyses of all measures that qualify for the statewide ballot, and reports on other topics of interest to the Legislature.
