More than 500 of your industry peers and colleagues convened in Sacramento at the 26th Annual Conference. Due to the Sacramento Convention Center closing for renovations, the Conference was held between the Hyatt Regency Sacramento and Sheraton Grand Sacramento hotels.

Attendee Registration and Fees

Registration fees are as follows:

Company (Associate) $680 $820
One Day Registration Member Non Member

Online registration is now closed. CCFC accepts walk-ins at Onsite Registration at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento:

  • Monday, November 11: 2 pm - 7 pm
  • Tuesday, November 12: 7:30 am - 6 pm
  • Wednesday, November 13: 8 am - 12 pm

Hotel Reservations

CCFC has a limited number of rooms reserved exclusively for attendees, at the following hotels and rates:

The cutoff date for rooms at the group rates was Monday, October 14, 2019. The CCFC room blocks reached capacity before the cutoff date and the hotels accepted reservations on a space available basis at the prevailing rates.

The CCFC 27th Annual Conference Trade Show will be held at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa in Rancho Mirage, November 11-13, 2020.

Sign up before Monday, December 2, 2019 and the cost for a booth at the 2020 CCFC Annual Trade Show remains at this year's booth rate of $1,900 for members, $2,400 for non-members. Prices will increase after December 2, 2019 and applications received after the deadline are subject to the regular 2020 prices, to be established at a later date.
