Have you recently passed a local bond, or are you considering one in the near future? Join us for the first workshop in a special series aimed at helping your district achieve successful implementation of its bond program. In this workshop, we'll focus on next steps after you pass your local bond and have completed a master planning process. How do you plan a smart and strategic path forward?

We will explore components that are critical to strategic program management, including:

  • Leveraging local dollars against state funds
  • Making decisions about program staffing and project schedules
  • Preparing RFPs and RFQs for professional services
  • Financing your bond program and the bond sale process
  • Tools to complete your program, such as interim financing

Join us to learn best practices for planning successful projects and ensuring a smooth transition from voter approval to project delivery.
